As American citizens, our family members with disabilities are guaranteed Constitutional protection from the privacy intrusion of EVV.  As their protectors, guardians, caregivers, parents, etc... we demand that all Americans with disabilities have equal protection under the law.  Our governor, a specialist in neurology, surely has some appreciation and understanding of what persons with development disabilities go through in life just to survive each day.  He, undoubtedly, is aware they do not need to lose their Constitutional protections as well.
