The app is failing all the time.  I holds back shifts and won't submit them to the portal.  It runs but won't post hours. We see shifts that were never entered appear out of the blue. Each time you post on the portal, you receive threats.  All the problems amount to time away from the person that is supposed to matter.  The disabled are being singled out and their privacy invaded.  There is no room in the struggle to stay alive for struggling with EVV.
