We can't even get away for a break because attendant turnover is so great that we can't keep them updated on the app and it's intricacies.  The app. is very problematic for my attendants.  It cuts hours, sometimes does not permit hours to be input, and it demanding for anyone who is not tech savvy.  This makes it very difficult to find and keep people to care for our child (the level of pay and no benefits doesn't help).  If you are going to mandate that the attendants follow rules, you need to make it very easy to follow them (base it on their pay grade).  On top of the above, it is nearly impossible to contact the organization that manages our attendant's pay when we have questions.
