Yes, they may be saving on a fraction of the fraud, but in doing so, they are driving high earning parents with jobs out of work, causing them to miss out on the earner’s taxes.  Many of our children cannot be left with traditional child care places due to their needs  The children truly do qualify for nursing homes.  EVV makes it impossible to use CDPA.
