App Problems
 

This app. takes away independence.  It is designed badly.  It is not user friendly.  There are too many selections.  It requires repetitive information.  Having to re-register is common and time consuming.  More than one attendant on staff is a hot mess resulting in manual entries galore.  Then, there is the threat that you can be dropped if manual entries happen too often.  If you have to manually enter information, you are on the hook for supplying a whole bunch more repetitive and unnecessary information.  The app. drains the battery of the device as well.
