I am hearing from numerous people.  Parents are having to quit working because their are unable to use the Medicaid waiver attendant care; agencies are closing...  those on consumer directed cannot switch to agency because there aren't providers to do services because the agencies have close.  People are placing loved ones in nursing home.  Some people with disabilities are having to give up their job because they cant hire staff now.
