Lumping us in with non barrier crime criminals??! Virginia, and up the barrier crime list not EVV

Virginia!  DO. YOUR. JOB.  I understand that stealing an elderly person's credit card is not a barrier crime to being able to care for our most vulnerable.  As a result, Virginia says there is fraud in the field and imposes impossible EVV on EVERYONE including family caregivers.  We, as family caregivers, take offense.  I have nothing on my record, not even a speeding ticket.  I provide a beautiful home and life for someone with disabilities.  Yet, I am categorized with non barrier crime criminals and must be treated like one by having to use invasive and burdensome EVV?  We must jump through hoops for doing good?  No way, Virginia.  Wake up. Up the barrier crime list and leave those law abiding citizens to their lives and their privacy!
