EVV isn't working right
 

I have heard countless complaints regarding this evv.  The app freezes constantly.  It freezes the phone at times.  Entries that should be shown disappear.  It automatically clocks you out before midnight then requires a "manual entry" and a "reason" when the attendant was clocked in the entire time.  Attendants are not getting paid.  Therefore, they are leaving families without care and the consumer is at risk for being institutionalized.
