If CMAS is exempting live ins and offering the  good faith extensions until 2021, why is VA doing the most to hurt it’s most vulnerable residences by requiring EVV for live ins and extending only until April 1? I have yet to see an answer why, so only the worse can be assumed. We are framed for failure.
