What are you people doing??  Changing the rules and regulations constantly and often times, not for the better.  When it ain't broke, don't fix it!  My gosh!  I have been disabled for over 20 years now.  One thing that has never changed is the changes that DMAS spits out!  I have an accountant and attorney.  EVEN THEY are reluctant to give me advice when it comes to Medicaid, DMAS regs, etc....  You know why?  Because they both said the rules are "moving targets"!  Now, EVV is it's OWN moving target on a grand scale!  DMAS, where is the listening to the disabled?  Why does no one care how these moving targets affect us?
