My wife handles services for our autistic son and we are lucky enough to have a wonderful attendant. Since the start of EVV I have witnessed the difficulty with this system as the attendant and my wife try their best to comply. This all seems to defy logic. Please go back to the old system that worked very well, and didn't waste everybody's time and energy. People are NOT machines!
