EVV Applications Tribulations
 

The EVV app freezes at times and won't do anything.  It won't let you clock in or out at times.  If it crashes after time entry, it reports the previous entries as manual entries.  Sometimes, you cannot sign out.  It states strange things like, "tokens have expired" (no one knows what tokens are).  If nothing works with the app at all,you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it which is a lot of stress and loss of pay when you are trying to clock in or out (this can also mean more manual entries which can mean you are accused of fraud).  Rounding is confusing; no one understands it.  Rounding under pays for time worked.  The reported times on the paycheck and in the portal are often different from the app times.
