my life at home and what life at a group home was like

I have been in a residential setting and a group home.   Life there is regulated.  I get up at the designated time.   I am not allowed to be up before that time.  I am fed crap food.  I don't get to get anywhere.  Well they did drive us around in a van.  About once every 2 months they would drag us to a movie after it started and load up back up in the van before the movie ended.  They put you on A LOT of drugs.  Life is not fun.   You sit around a lot.  We watched the same freaking moving every day, sometimes 3 times in a day.  Happy Gilmore then they switched to Rudy.  They documented I hated watching TV.   Who the freak wants to watch the same movie every single day?   It was torture.  At home getting CDPA care, I get to have freedom.  I volunteer at food pantries.   I participate in Special Olympics, Parks and Rec, and local autism group.  This past year I was in an art show, chorus concert, played basket ball, organized kick ball, soccer, volley ball, Special Olympic golf, competitive roller skating,  track, Get So Fit.  I get to go to church. I get to have friends.  I am not on heavy psy meds.  Life is so much better.  EVV is going to cause me to go back to an institution because no one wants to work the job anymore.
