The disabled are not pets.  Va EVV mandates electronic devices that are not supplied.  The roll out was done poorly, and led to pandemonium that is still ongoing.  This program has been nothing, but a disservice to those who need the utmost, mindful ministration.  We have yet to see that with this program or in the treatment by the state of the disabled.  Please consider repealing EVV.  EVV has stripped individuals of their basic human rights and is tracking them like micro-chipped animals.
