Dmas is eroding that by requiring evv for live in providers.  Numerous family and friends give up good paying jobs to survive on poverty level helping a loved one through consumer directed attendant care. Dmas is making this impossible by requiring live ins to do evv. More people will be placed in group care and suffer.
