This is not simple punching of a button.  It is a horrible video game.  It is loss of privacy due to the requirement of GPS tracking on the device for evv to work.  EACH time you clock in, you must answer questions.  Forget it being 3am when you clock in and you can't even see the screen.  Each time you submit the hours, you must answer a series of questions.  The monotony and repetition alone could cause errors. Add to that all the glitches.  It is not a simple clock; it is a video game with many chances for error.
