The evv application doesn't work half the time. The portal doesn't offer features to allow the eor to manage things properly, and you can never reach the fiscal agent in a timely manner by phone or email. EVV is a mess because the app doesn't work properly and sometimes not at all for days. No fiscal agent staff knows anything about how to fix it and they never have answers. I hope we're not expected to always be at our house. What do you guys really expect? Stop making families jump through hoops to keep and maintain services when we already have enough on our plates.
