Live in attendants should not be tracked by GPS or be required to clock in and out when they in fact provide care 24-7 and above the approved number of hours.  It's intrusive and unnecessary.  Additionally the app doesn't work right.  It freezes up.  Then we get nasty e-mails saying those exceptions are not compliant.  You can't call and get a hold of a person.  You can only call, leave a message, and hope they don't call you back while you are at work.  If they call you back.  Finally, the state did get the EVV waiver so why are we still required if it's been waived?
