so DMAS or more specific Va Premier switched from the fiscal agents PPL to CDCN in October...  now PPL is refusing to issue W2 forms for people who worked with that company for 9 months...   CDCN isn't including that income on the W2s

what is the solution DMAS?  you want people to give up?
