Who has time to deal with all these evv application problems?  It should not be the EOR or the attendant.  This is hours having to work to correct the payroll fallout from EVV.  This will never be a simple clock in and out procedure.  Why include live ins just to get paid when they do not visit?  The old system worked and was not a road block to being paid.
