The app is terrible. And we were told that it would save info if you are not near wifi and both times my attendants logged in then went to wifi later that day it did NOT transfer and we had to do a portal time entry for the day

so CMS says we cannot be required to purchase a device or service.   We in Virginia that was a lie because most of us can't get the free Medicaid phone...  and GUESS WHAT DMAS?  a lot of people don't have wifi at home for a lot of reasons... and people don't have smart phones...  any your didn't give them out

so guess what?  we had to buy a device and guess what?  we don't have money to buy the wifi service... so we go to the public location following DMAS' instructions... and guess what?  it don't work... and you are going to put my son in a group home because I can't pay for wifi??? and you lied?   really great DMAS...   hope you rich people choke on the money you get by hurting disabled people this way …  STOP EVV
