I have been in numerous government placements in my life.  This began when I was 7 and entered foster care.  I have been drugged, beaten, and raped in those places.   I would rather be dead then live in those placements.  Would you want to live where staff yells at you all the time.  Where you are placed on high levels of psy meds so you don't bother staff?  I think it is more humane to do what Hitler did and just put us out of our misery instead of leaving us in group care to be drugged beaten, and raped.  Would you want to live a life where you are drugged beaten and raped on a regular basis?   You DMAS are taking away my option to live in the community and not be raped, beaten, and drugged.   This isn't improving care, this is causing my life to suck.  This is just so some technology companies can make some money off of the disabled.   Would you like it if every movement of our life was tracked because Obama found a way to make more money off of disabled people?   It is already difficult to find staff for a low paid no benefit job.   EVV is making it impossible.  Maybe DMAS really just wanted to kill us off quicker and help their tech companies make money while they did this to us.  :(
