costly, unwarranted surveillance of live ins is costing consumers in quality of care

Why must we add the address where we live at the start and end of shifts?  Who's business is that?  it is understandable if there is just cause, because I have done something wrong or have a record, but I don't.  I even get a lengthy background check before I can care for my own ward.  How much vetting will satisfy the state?  Each extra oversight ends up costing the consumer in quality of care, because the funds intended to help THEM go to satisfy an unjustified ego or fear rather than a statistically true need for surveillance.  For the first time in fifteen years since EVV started, my pay has been a week late five times in a row.  Why aren't live ins exempt from the app as allowed in the federal mandate? Why?!
