I absolutely hate this EVV stuff. One the live in attendants really need to be exempt. The portals to approve time is always messing up , won’t let you approve, change , anything. The app we have to use for putting in our hours always seems to lock up or won’t let you add hours. This is too much stress on families whom are already stressed with every day life. I don’t see how it will help defer fraud. Governor needs to stop kissing butt and exempt the live ins. As it is attendants are paid poorly and then you throw more crap for them to worry about but don’t want to pay them diddley. They need to get all of the kinks out and I mean all of them before mandating us to use it or lose it . This whole situation
