EVV has caused many issues for myself as an EOR and for my child's attendants. There are constant issues with the CDCN app, CellTrak that cause missed hours. It is not a user friendly process. I have to fight for everything my child has. EVV is just another thing added to our plates to manage. My child is terminally ill. He needs the hours he has, and his aides work them. Stopping EVV and allowing us to continue to fax timesheets in would make life easier for us. EVV is an intrusion on the disabled. It is not anyone's business where my child is (home, community, vacation) when with the aide except me. We have lost aides to previous pay issues due to CDCN. They dont get paid enough as is, then have to go without for weeks and months at a time. Do the right thing. Stop EVV.
