EVV

EVV is a burden to families and caregivers who are already maxed out. When our attendant comes in she starts working the ministers she enters our home. Adding a clock in responsibility is unhelpful. We should be able to deal with time entire and issues at our convenience. My child requires a demanding level of care and it makes not since for our attending to be working on admin duties while expected to preform personal care. Many times taking the time to click in poses a safety issue and we cannot take the time to do it. We should be penalized for this. The system is to slow not like a time clock where you could swipe in and begin work. I need my employee to remove shoes and wash hands to prevent spreading germs to my medically fragile child not to worry about clocking her time.

please consider what a burden this might be to families. Thank you!
