EOR's are free help.  They volunteer to deal with so much.  There is always some complication with EVV making things worse for EOR's.  It was difficult enough for EOR's to deal with the fiscal agent, state, service facilitator, and the portal, but now, it is a part time job for EOR's to deal with EVV and everything else.  Being overwhelmed with a disability is bad enough, but add to that already having a full time job with overtime, volunteering time as EOR, and EVV and you have the perfect storm for EOR's.    How can one expect them to stay and do this for free?
