We are losing our EOR over EVV.  The EOR is already upset because the irs will only allow one EIN per sole proprietor and the EIN is connected to both the business and the care giving.  They are afraid their volunteering their time and social to be EOR for the state's benefit will look like they have a domestic employee and this could increase their liability insurance. 

Please stop stating that the volunteer EOR use their phones or their communication devices for this crazy EVV and app.  It will be the nail in the coffin for our EOR to quit volunteering their time and the person cared for could end up in an institution.  The state can only ask so much from a volunteer.
