We have lost two cna's due to evv.  They got paid more elsewhere without having their location tracked by GPS and having to pay an additional cell phone bill for the evv app. to keep their personal phone's privacy and clock in.  Lots of people can't get the Medicaid phone.  My family member will likely end up in a group home.  That will cost dmas lots more.  Why are you leaving the disabled hamstrung?
