EVV flies in the face of laws on the books to give those with disabilities rights!  Not to mention, it is singling out a class of people and imposing rules and regulations that other classes of people receiving government benefits do not have to adhere to.  Food stamps, welfare, and many more - do they have to be monitored!!! NO!!!  Community care and activities are supposed to be an option for the developmentally disabled - EVV flies in the face of that concept, not to mention it has more problems than anyone should have to deal with.  It's time to investigate challenges to this concept, since we live in America.  So to our government - we should require monitoring for all government funded programs OR not single out one group.  It is the EXACT definition of DISCRIMINATION!!!!
