Difficulties with EVV
 

The portal for time reporting was difficult enough, but now evv has made it almost impossible.  The app burns the phone battery quicker.  One of my child's attendants logged out at the end of the ,but it kept running after the attendants left.  The next day, the attendant saw the shift completely  screwed up and had to correct it manually.  This was a system error.  We went on vacation with an attendant but had no wifi and thought we were able to enter the time manually at a later date.  But, we were told too many manual entries could cause my child to lose services.  What else is one to do if there is no wifi?  The attendant's phone broke and this person could not use evv for several days.  It is harder to keep track of the hours to make sure you do not go over.  It definitely is complicating things for people with disabilities.
