Live in aides and parents should be exempt from this.  This system is designed for an aide who comes and goes each day at certain times, not for an aide who lives with the person being cared for and is available 24 hours a days for any need.  The disabled person has needs that do not happen on a clock and must come before the nuisance of making a call to clock in/out.
