a person with an ein can still be eor there is just another different form the sf needs to get the fiscal agent to give the person ... there is so much incorrect information out there especially information given out by csb “support coordinators” who seem he’ll bent on making sure as many people as possible end up being placed on institutional care away from parent and family advocates.

Why isnt  this specific   Information included in the eor guidelines... if a person has an ein already they can acquire a new one using a different form ... and supply said form???   The irs in fact lets people have up to 5 different ein per business day... there is no limit on the number of eins a person or company can have... in the consumer directed care world ... involved family are frequently told they can’t do cd care because of having a ein already.
