Dmas did not hold authentic stakeholder meetings regarding EVV. If they did they would have heard from the thousands this program harms. Dmas should take the time to listen to the thousands of people about how the new unneeded requirements are hurting people with disabilities. Virginia could easily exempt live in providers.
