Comment:

The regulation reads "Successful completion of a personal care aide training program that meets the requirements of the Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Direction Waiver program..."

That program has been replaced with the Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus or CCC+ Waiver. 

Recommendation: 

Revise regulation to correctly read "Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus or CCC+ Waiver.
