Telemedicine for Virginia

With the shortage of medical care these days, any way we can reasonably expand access to medical services ought to be seriously considered. Telemedicine allows doctors and patients to communicate efficiently and breaks down barriers to care. Many doctor visits do not require in depth examinations, as a description of symptoms and conversation between doctor and patient will suffice. If they can do so by video call, using the wide variety of technology available to us, it should be legal so that we can actually get people more medical care more efficiently.
