I, as a licensed professional for over 30 years would not trust an inspection to anyone but myself when signing my name to a report. I would like to be recognized as being against these reports. They will be the start of another collapse of the real estate market.  You need to have licensed professionals doing this job and remove the middle man of the AMC's while you are at it.
