The end is near
 

It won't be long before these things cause the next Housing/Banking collapse. The only reason that appraisers are needed for these type reports is for our signature and E&O as no one else is required to carry insurance.  My signature is worth more that a measly $50.00 per report based on all my years of experience & education.  These so called third party inspectors should be required to be licensed, have background checks and carry E&O insurance.  I've had enough of my tax dollars being used to bail out all these idiots.
