Unqualified individuals inspecting properties so that a qualified individual can use their "report" to make economic decisions is a recipe for disaster or fraud, whichever comes first. All in the name of saving a few hundred dollars we see the banking industry yet again willing, with their AMC partners, to jeopardize the entire housing market. The average citizen does not have the information necessary to fight the concerted effort to push through these "products" and any informed purchaser/borrower would never choose these "products."

Make a stand for homeowners and require qualified individuals to perform property inspections.
