Preserving History

These monument were erected to honor all Confederate soldiers, black, white, Natime American, etc., that fought and died for the cause.  The cause to lawfully secede from the Union due to economics not to free slave.  The Emancipation Proclomation was only entered in 1863, 2.5 years after the war began.  If people would educate themselves before trying to erase history.
