Electric Bills are too high now as it is. Seniors and lower class people have to make decisions now one eating, getting much needed medications,getting necessary care or pay electric bills. they can't afford any more coming out of the little bit they do get a month. So do Virginia a favor and leave our eolectricity alone unless you want to lower bills or pay them for us out of your pocket. So far not impressed with Northerm at all now I know why I never wanted him in office.
