I fully support the comment made by Michael Campbell and Karl Rudolph regarding 18 VAC 160-20-82 (interim license) Granting any VDH Environmental Health Specialist who has completed the required testing and training and is currently working in onsite soil evaluation as part of their employment  an interim license makes sense. They can then follow the proposed path to obtain their permanent license over the next 3 years.
