When Mark Courtney says that the VDH stuff will be overseen by the Board for Wastewater, etc. instead of the Soils Practioners practicing under the existing CPSS Board, it has the tone that our comments/concerns/delineated flaws of the plan are mute...interesting when the public comments have all been negative for that move. Why would you ask for comments and then ignor them?
