!Solar energy for home owners and businesses alike is essentially a no brainer. It should have the support and financial incentives in place by the Commomwealth. Dominion energy is holding back the progress and unfortunately most of our law makers have been bought by Dominon. The Commonwealth continues to support a monopoly instead of advocating for its residents. Solar should have been widely available by now to everyone and it’s cost greatly reduced. Save the environment and our energy bills and finally support the future
