I want my customer-owned rooftop solar and others included as a key part of the Virginia Energy Plan. My system typically produces power when it's most needed and has generated more than 90 MWh of electricity since installation. Now it helps power my new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Please ensure solar and wind regulations and legislation support these installations and encourage others to install.
