Dear Commonwealth of Virginia,

I write to voice my support of wind energy development and would hope that the Commonwealth would 
include such development in its 2018 Energy Plan. During a time when the federal government is moving us backwards with respect to energy and climate matters, it is incumbent on state leadership to lead the way to a clean energy future.
