Support for solar and energy efficiency measurestest

Solar gardens are a marvelous concept, but the space required and cost of land puts them in places that don't really need the energy.  Where they are placed condemns us to distant markets with great waste of energy in transit.  Rooftop solar, however, for  businesses, industry and homeowners, with added subsidies to rental property owners, makes inexpensive solar power available to most of us, right where it is needed.  There is also a great need for incentives for rental property owners to upgrade energy efficiency as much of the greatest impact of solar power could be for those too poor to buy solar. Enegy waste of all kinds magnifies its effects on a changing climate while doing little good for those who need it. The health benefits would likely be substantial for all of us. .
