To Whom it may concern,

As a lifelong citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia, I certainly hope that Virginia's Energy plan will expand incentives like net metering, while removing the barriers that hurt Virginia solar contractors, and lessen the benefits of job creation. Many business related to this field will benefit under those expanded incentives.  

 Definition of commonweal, source of the word Commonwealth:  the happiness, health and safety of ALL of the people of a community or nation....

We hope that you will expand and enhance rooftop solar programs as well as energy efficiency programs for all Virginians.  You should know that we will all benefit from clean energy created in the solar rooftop realm. Our electric infrastructure is crucial for all of us, so we need to keep and expand this healthy form of making that energy.  Definition of commonweal, source of the word Commonwealth:  the happiness, health and safety of all of the people of a community or nation....
