I support a plan that promotes energy efficiency and a complete phasing out of fossil fuels sources in Virginia. Virginia should have it's electrical grid all based on renewable engery like solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric and nuclear energy. The state's energy system also needs to be reslient to the threats of climate change, example: rising sea levels near a power station.
