I strongly support solar energy usein Virginia. I have solar panels on my home along with an electric car. This gives my family the opportunity to reduce carbon emission and polution. Virginia is a forward looking state and should embrace and encourage the use of the solar panels in homes and offices. Econmic incentives to encourage their use is a wise investment our future. limitations to the value of solar generator power to owners at the expense of large utilities is unacceptable.
